NannyCore: a custom CRM for matching families with nannies
A bespoke CRM built for Hampstead Nannies to match clients with the right nannies and run their placements from one place.
The problem
Hampstead Nannies was matching families to nannies by hand across spreadsheets and email threads. It was slow to find the right fit, easy to lose track of candidates and clients, and impossible to see the whole pipeline at a glance.
What I did
Designed and built NannyCore, a bespoke CRM that keeps every client, nanny and placement in one place. Structured profiles and matching surface the most suitable candidates for each family quickly, instead of digging them out of spreadsheets.
The outcome
Hampstead Nannies now runs matching and placements from a single system rather than scattered spreadsheets and inboxes, making it faster and more reliable to put the right nanny in front of each family.
