MyTriPal: an AI training platform, designed and built end to end
A full AI-powered triathlon coaching product: Laravel & Livewire, live Strava integration, and the Claude API doing the smart bits.
The problem
Endurance athletes drown in raw training data but lack affordable, personalised coaching that actually responds to what they did this week.
What I did
Designed, built and now run MyTriPal end to end: a Laravel & Livewire web app with live Strava sync and Claude-powered training insight, from database to UI to AI prompts.
The outcome
A live SaaS product, designed, built and operated end to end: the software, the AI integration and the product thinking, from brief to production.
MyTriPal is the flagship project for Verrells Digital: proof of taking a real product from idea to running SaaS. It links out to the live site; its own branding is kept separate from Verrells Digital.
